Machining capability
Since established in 2002 and has developed for 15 year, HTPD now has total 180 sets advanced machining devices, including 36 sets of HAAS CNC, 23 sets of MAZAK CNC, 95 sets of BROTHER CNC, 6 sets of DOOSAN CNC, 9 sets of GAOXUN CNC, 5 sets of LK CNC, 5 sets of lathes, and about 20 sets of other machines like rinsing machine, pressing machine, leakage testing machine etc., has the capability to machine the pin hole with tolerance of 0.015, and crane compensated flow control valve with straightness of 0.01mm and concentricity of 0.015mm and some other complicated precise parts etc.
Machining quality guarantee capability
There are quality management system of first piece/last piece/in-process inspection in HTPD, the inspection tools are CMM, all kinds of common-used gauge(GO-NG gauge, thread plug gauge etc.), digital air gauge, universal gauge, roughness detector, contour detector etc.
The characteristic dimension of product is monitored and managed by SPC system, and the CPK of characteristic dimension will be made statistics and analyzed periodically, and the production technology will be improved and optimized as per the result of monitoring and analysis to ensure the quality stability and production efficiency during machining process.
